Meet Justice Young-Pessa, a Horizons dealer since 2016 and the co-owner and operator of Coastal Blinds & Shades located in Scarborough, Maine. Justice and her husband, Ryan, hadn’t exactly intended in working in the window treatment industry. However, after seeing a need for custom window treatments in their area, Justice and Ryan saw an opportunity to open their own business to serve their community.

For over 30 years, Justice’s in-laws ran their own window treatment business and were more than happy to offer support and advice. It was Ryan’s mother who suggested the couple should work with Horizons. No other window treatment company on my area does soft treatments, especially custom drapes,
