Horizons Holdings, LLC (“Horizons,” “we”, or “us”) owns and operates this website, however accessed (“Website”), and other mobile applications (“App”) we make available to you (collectively, the “Site”) as an Horizons business client or partner (collectively, “Business Partner”, “you”, “your”). The purpose of this Horizons Business Partner Specific Privacy Policy (the “Business Partner Privacy Policy”) is to describe how Horizons collects, uses and shares information about and from the Business Partners with whom we interact and to whom we provide services through our Site. Please read this notice carefully to understand our privacy practices. What Information We Collect
The information we collect varies depending on the type of activity you are performing on the Site or how you use the services. The Site, among other things, consists of a business to business Website and Apps that are directed to our Business Partners who generally own, manage, or provide services to various homeowners or consumers who are their Business Customers (collectively, “Business Customer(s)”). Horizons services enable Business Partners to manage their business, including their business transactions and interactions with their Business Customers. Business Partners who engage our services may provide access to their designated authorized users (“Authorized Users”) to certain parts of our Site. To the extent Horizons collects personal information from you on the Site, that information is generally limited to the personally identifying information that you use in the context of your Business Partner/Authorized User relationship with us (“Business Personal Information”) but may at times include personal information relating to your Business Customers to the extent you submit or provide that information through your use of our services. Because we do not collect information from your Business Customers directly and only process their information in order to provide services to you, you must ensure that you provide your Business Customers with any required notices or information about your privacy practices. Our privacy practices with respect to the information we collect on this Site is described more specifically below.
Business Personal Information That You Provide Us
Horizons collects Business Personal Information from you when you create an account or otherwise access or use services on our Site. This information may relate to your business contact information, including that of your Authorized Users and/or your service provider’s business contact information, and may include your or their:

- EIN/TIN
- Business Partner Business Financial Account Number
Information about Your Business Customers To Provide You Services
Our services enable you to manage your projects, transactions, and interactions with your Business Customers. In using our services, you determine whether you want to submit a particular Business Customer’s information, which may include:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Address
- Financial account information
It is your responsibility to provide any required notices to and obtain any required consents from Business Customer in providing that information for use in Horizons Sites or service. We only process your Business Customer information in order to provide our services to you.
Other Information
In addition to the information outlined above, we may automatically collect or receive additional information relating to your use of the Site (collectively, “Other Information”). We have a legitimate interest in using such information to assist in systems administration, information security and abuse prevention, to track user trends, and to analyze the effectiveness of our Site and services. Below are examples of Other Information we collect automatically.

Log files refers to the information that is automatically sent by your web browser or device (or otherwise automatically collected) each time you view or interact with our Site. Geolocation
An App may utilize location services on your mobile device to collect and use location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. If you consent to the App’s utilization of location services, we may use GPS, Bluetooth, your device’s unique identifier, and/or your IP Address, along with Wi-Fi and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your device’s geolocation. This location data is utilized to deliver services requested by you. We do not maintain a history of the location of a device, only where your device is at any given moment. We will collect geolocation data only if you consent, and we will notify you whether the location services will be always running or only when the App is in use. You may choose to disable location services through our App or your mobile enabled wi-fi devices, but if you do so, you will not receive any notifications or services that require a geolocation. Most mobile devices provide users with the ability to disable location services. These controls are generally located in the device’s settings menu. How We Share Your Information
We may share information collected about you in the following situations:

You can access, update, or delete account information that we may have relating to you or the information you entered relating to your Business Customers by logging onto your account or by contacting us at springsdataprivacy@springswindowfashions.com. To protect your privacy, before we give you access or let you update that information, we may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information. If we receive a request for information from your Business Customer, we will forward that request to you and/or notify your Business Customer to direct that request to you to determine how to respond. You can then access your Business Customer Information as mentioned in this Business Partner Privacy Policy. We will try to update and allow you to access your information for free, but if it would require a disproportionate effort on our part, we may charge a fee. We will disclose the fee before we comply with your request. We may reject a request for a number of reasons, including, for example, that the request risks the privacy of other users, requires technical efforts that are disproportionate to the request, is repetitive, or is unlawful.
Third Party Websites
We are not responsible for the practices employed by third party websites or services linked to or from our Site, including the information or content contained in such websites or services, and this Business Partner Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Privacy policies on such linked websites may be different from our Business Partner Privacy Policy. Social Media Features
Our Site includes links to social media features, such as links to our Facebook page. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting while using our services, and any Facebook cookies on your device (including your Facebook ID).
