Computer System Upgrade

 

On Wednesday, February 27th, B&W will be implementing a complete computer system
upgrade.

 

Customer service will be open that day to take your calls, however the computer system
will be unavailable during the upgrade.

 

Here are a few improvements that you will notice right away once the upgrade is
complete:

 

- Acknowledgments, invoices and statements can now be automatically emailed

 

- Easier to read packing slips and invoices

 

- Shipping labels on every box which include your sidemark.
